The fee for orthodontic treatment is dependent upon the complexity of the individual problem, the appliances utilized, and the length of the treatment plan. The Treatment Coordinator will discuss all fees and payment options after consultation with Dr. Karlin, at the end of the initial exam appointment.

Insurance
If you have orthodontic coverage on your dental policy, you may be eligible to receive the insurance "in-network" fee for treatment. In addition, most insurances offer a lifetime orthodontic maximum (separate from an annual maximum) that will be deducted from the overall cost to you. We will work with you and your insurance company to ensure your benefits are utilized to the fullest.Once treatment begins, we will submit insurance claims and accept assignment of benefits. If during the course of treatment your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for any unpaid insurance balance.
Karlin Orthodontics accepts most orthodontic insurance. Please let us know your insurance provider information when you contact us, or you may bring the information with you to your initial consultation appointment.
